Having practiced in interior design and the fashion industry for 35 years, Jutta Holtkamp moved on to work with the founder of Ecole Holt Couture, School of Couture Sewing and Design to develop, and instruct in, a 4 year curriculum surrounding fashion and design. She is now the Registrar and Owner of Ecole Hold Couture. Jutta will bring her immense knowledge of sewing technique to our daily talk on Couture Sewing with Fur during the Craft Workshop Weekend.

Join Jutta Holtkamp as she leads students through fur sewing techniques will discussing her journey with the Ecole Holt Couture. Students will be introduced to sewing with fur using hand sewing techniques that are often found in couture made garments. The class will be led through a demonstration of the creation of a small winter-wear project and, finally, the group will participate in the creation of a fur project.
