2023 Events

March 3 & 4 – Glacier Nights Snow Festival

Junction Arts & Music will present Glacier Nights Snow Festival, a community-focused snow sculpting event in Haines Junction, YT. This family-friendly event will be held on the grounds and inside the St. Elias Convention Centre on March 3 & 4, 2023.

We’re planning an exciting two-day event filled with winter lights, snow sculptures, warm drinks, kid’s activities, music and more. On Saturday, we partner with the Village to host a fun-filled day of snow sculpting competitions, skating, snow art, food and ending with prizes, music and dancing.

March 4 @ 10 am – 9:30 pm

March 10 – meaganandamy Canadian Duo

Canadian duo meagan&amy, consisting of violinist Amy Hillis and pianist Meagan Milatz will be performing in Haines Junction this coming March 10th! Enjoy a mix of Canadian compositions and works from the traditional canon of classical repertoire.

March 18 – Matthew Lien & Friends

Join world-renown singer-songwriter, Matthew Lien with friends, Alana Martinson, Elijah Bekk, Dave Haddock and Lonnie Powell for a fantastic night of music on March 18th, 2023.

April 7- Larrikin Entertainment – Wyrd

Live concert. Musical. Cabaret. Fairytale (well, kinda) – WYRD has it all, without even a hint of a handsome prince. Think Alice in Wonderland or The Wizard of Oz – just add eviscerating social satire and a lot more mud. Not recommended for children under 15 years of age.

May 6 – Arts in the Junction Studio Tour

The second annual Art in the Junction Studio Tour of Haines Junction will take place this spring. It will be an opportunity for local artists to welcome visitors, showcase their artistic projects, and sell their creations.
