His father was the legendary blues musician Jimmy Rogers. Jimmy’s guitar style has echoes of the energy and texture that Stevie Ray Vaughan brought to the stage. King, Taj Mahal, Stephen Stills, Robert Plant, .. just to name a few. Jimmy has released 3 Blues CD’s and he recently completed a double album titled “Rings” with his wife Beverly Butler Lane.
