JAM Live! Copyright:

In the preparation phase before the live recording JAM Live! requests permission from the artists and presenters of the event to record the performance for use in the JAM Live! program. We also offer the artists the option to make the approval pending their review of the unedited recording and/or final mix. JAM Live! grants the mechanical rights to its recordings to the artists. Artists have made use of the recordings in many ways including CD’s, demos and uploads to streaming sites. A play list is created for every episode showing the song names, performer and composer, song duration and whether the song is performed by a Canadian. The play lists are submitted to SOCAN by the radio stations once episodes are aired.
