Event Photographer / Videographer
We’re seeking a creative professional to capture photo and video content for promotion, social media, and festival archives. A detailed shot list will be provided.Filming schedule: TBD

Location: St. Elias Convention Centre (indoors & grounds)

Festival dates: Mar 6–7 (some pre-event content required)

Contract Fee: $4,200

Volunteer Coordinator 
We’re seeking an organized, people-focused Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, screen, schedule, and support volunteers across all festival areas. This role works closely with the Festival Event Producer to ensure a positive experience for volunteers and smooth festival operations.
Location: Haines Junction
Festival dates: March 6–7
Set-up & tear-down: March 4–8
Honorarium: $1,800  approx. 60 hours

Junior Technician 
We’re seeking a Junior Technician to assist the Lead Lighting Technician with site setup, concert setups, and DJ booth installation during the festival. No prior experience required—this is a great opportunity to learn the basics of audio visual production in a live event setting.

Festival dates: March 6–7, 2026
Work dates & times: TBD (approx. 40 hrs)
Honorarium: $1,200

Children’s Activity Coordinator 
We’re looking for a friendly, organized coordinator to plan and run children’s and family activities during the festival. This role includes organizing supplies and supporting volunteers on Saturday afternoon.
Location: St. Elias Convention Centre, Haines Junction
Festival dates:  March 7 | 12–5 pm
Honorarium: $500

Workshop Facilitators Wanted 
We’re hiring 6 workshop facilitators to deliver engaging, mixed-genre workshops that spark creativity during the festival.
Topics may include snow cooking, snow-inspired crafts, sculpting, photography, painting, textiles etc.
Location: St. Elias Convention Centre, HJ
Dates/time: Mar 5 (6:30–8:30 pm) & Mar 7 (1–3 pm / 3–5 pm)
Honorarium: $275 per workshop

Bar Coordinator – Glacier Nights 2026
We’re looking for a reliable Bar Coordinator to organize and facilitate all beverage services. This role includes acquiring liquor licenses and scheduling bar volunteers. BARS-L Required.

Festival dates: March 6–7

Open hours:
• Mar 6 | 6:00–9:30 pm
• Mar 7 | 3:00–9:30 pm
Honorarium: $500

Assistant Production Manager 
We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to support the Event Producer with artist flights and accommodations, production scheduling, and coordination with the Volunteer Coordinator. This role plays a key part in keeping festival planning running smoothly.               

Location: Haines Junction                   

Dates: January 15 – March 15, 2026
Contract fee: $3,500  approx. 175 hours

Outdoor Site Supervisor 
We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Outdoor Site Lead to manage festival site building and setup. Responsibilities include supervising machinery use, constructing snow blocks, setting up wall tents and fire pits, and supporting overall outdoor site readiness. Building or construction experience required. Schedule TBD.

Event Producer

Lead Glacier Nights Snow Festival 2026 from concept to execution. This role oversees all festival operations, staff, contractors, artists, and volunteers, while coordinating closely with the Site Supervisor and JAM leadership. Responsibilities include booking live bands and DJs, managing travel logistics, scheduling, and delivering a safe, vibrant community festival.

$10,000 contract

Security Guard

We’re seeking a Security Guard to provide evening security during festival events, including bar service, indoor activities, and snow sculpture areas. This role helps ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all festival-goers.

Festival dates: March 6 & 7
Hours: 7:00pm–10:00 pm each evening
Approx. 6 hours total
Honorarium: $300
