B. Chamberlin and T. RobbWhitehorse singer Barbara Chamberlin is teaming up with  multi-award-winning Vancouver bluesman Terry Robb. Together they toured the Yukon to launch Barbara’s new CD “Boomerang Girl”. On September 24, 2014 we recorded the duo’s performance at a house concert in Haines Junction, Yukon.

Barbara Chamberlin is one of Yukon’s premiere artist. She has her roots in Oregon and has performed all over the Pacific Northwest, Canada, Germany, and Asia.

One of the highlights in Barbara’s diverse career has been her involvement in the movie “Highway of Heartache” which has shown on Bravo. Her musical score received international critical acclaim and Barbara’s portrayal of Wynona-Sue won her rave reviews and an enthusiastic new fan following.

She has cracked the Canadian top 100 country songs, and was the first and only Yukon artist to have a video featured on Country Music Television. She has also appeared on Breakfast TV, CBC’s  “On the Road Again”, and a variety of other local and national TV shows.

Most recently, she thrilled audiences all over Canada singing her song, “Follow your Heart” at the Opening Ceremonies for the Canada Winter Games. Barbara has released 4 albums.

Terry Robb who has long been considered one of the top acoustic blues guitarists. His dynamic, signature fingerpicking style and ability to sound like a hard, yet sophisticated, band all within a solo performance have amazed audiences worldwide and earned him international acclaim. From absorbing music from the great Mississippi Delta, ragtime and country artists, from swing to free jazz, Terry’s foundation is the blues but his influences are wide-ranging and his music is diverse, always possessing a personal feel unto himself.

Robb is member of the Oregon Music Hall of Fame and the Cascade Blues Association Hall of Fame. He has toured North America and Europe as a solo artist, performing at and headlining major festivals. He has shared the stage with the likes of B.B. King, Albert Lee, Joe Cocker, Robert Cray, Leo Kottke, Rick Wakeman and countless other All-Stars. Terry has released 6 Albums.
